Our C&A films are low-cost, clear plastics that protect your equipment against water vapor and other materials. This general-purpose plastic sheeting is used for a variety of C&A applications and is made from heavy duty PE-based plastic.

Packaging Format
Our agricultural films differ slightly from our construction sheeting. Agricultural films and sheeting make use of general-purpose plastic for a variety of mulch field applications. You can customize the thickness of the film to best suit your needs, with gauges ranging from 1 mil – 10 mil. Whatever size you order, our C&A films are provided in continuous rolls of durable LDPE.
This film is fully customizable and can be modified into the exact shape and size you require — even packaging multiple products at the same time! It also provides storage convenience for consumers compared to bulky cans and cartons.
Our superior gravure printing technology delivers roll stock film quickly and efficiently. This process also uses less energy, resulting in less waste than traditional printing methods.

Technologies
LLDPE:
This“Linear Low-Density Polyethylene” is one of the most flexible types of virgin plastic resins. It is a blended form of LDPE and offers better tensile strength and flexibility.
Polyethylene (PE):
Serves as the contact layer for the package’s contents, and is critical to forming an effective seal.

Clear C&A Film:
The clear C&A film is manufactured from a low and linear LDPE blend. This type of film is usually wound and folded on rolls for easy dispensing.

ROTOGRAVURE

DIGITAL PRINTING
Digital printing is the process of directly transferring a digital file to a printer, where it is applied to packaging materials. The digital files are converted to ensure an accurate color output from screen to print. Unlike our other printing technologies, digital printing does not require any manual set up.
FLEXOGRAPHIC
This technique utilizes a flexible printing plate to produce images with a high line count. This technology is quite unique because it adapts extremely well to various materials and is compatible with a wide range of inks (e.g. water-based inks and UV colors). Highly adaptable, it can print on almost any kind of substrate (e.g. plastic, metal, and paper).
