Technologies

Virgin LDPE:  
This is a ‘Low-density Polyethylene,’ resistant to impact and moisture while offering excellent chemical protection.  

LLDPE:  
This is a ‘Linear Low-density Polyethylene’ and is one of the most flexible types of virgin plastic resins. It is a blended form of LDPE and has better tensile strength and flexibility.  

Hindered Amine Light stabilizers (HALS):  
Imparts excellent thermal protection and is one of the more commonly used for protecting crops against the adverse effects of UV rays.  

Polylactic Acid (PLA) & Poly butyrate Adipate Terephthalate (PBAT):  
These components can be degraded by microorganisms under natural environmental conditions, and the polymer contents are hydrolyzed due to cell growth. The enzymes decompose the polymers into fragments, forming new smaller compounds which further decompose into carbon dioxide and water.  

UV Stabilized:  
Our stabilizers and UV absorbers help extend the durability of agricultural applications, even in the presence of high UV radiation and chemicals.

Bacteria & Mold Resistance:  
The ground cover film is fully resistant to bacteria and mold attacks, which leaves the soil in an improved structure, maintaining all its nutrients.  

Puncture and Tear-resistant:  
Our films can handle machine and pedestrian tracks without any damage. High strength helps with fine tensile and elongation under wet and dry weather conditions. 

Weed Control:  
The black traditional film plays a key role in blocking light and preventing weeds from photosynthesizing.

Black Mulch Films (total opacity):  
Our black mulch film provides excellent weed control and is designed to help growers reduce their overall labor costs. It is the basic form of agricultural film, which has a thickness of 8-50 microns and is widely used for various crops.  

Why choose a black mulch film?  

  • Incredible strong retention capacity for fertilizers, resulting in improved crop growth  
  • The water retention capacity is about 4 – 10% higher, at 5cm depth, as compared to clear mulch film  
  • Increased vegetable production – since the soil temperature of the black mulch film is lower than that of clear film, it could result in a higher total yield 

Silver/Black Mulch Films (Bi-color):  
This is a two-sided film that is produced using advanced co-extrusion equipment and high-quality plastics. The black color tends to face the ground, while the silver color is outward facing, which increases light reflection. The reflective effect of the black/silver film is better than the traditional black film. 

Why choose a silver/black mulch film?  

  • Promotes photosynthesis at the base of plants, and the silver surface can increase the coloration of the fruits.  
  • The silver surface plays a strong role in reflecting UV rays, which can effectively repel pests and other insects.  
  • The black side can block the scattering of soil heat at night and instead effectively insulate the heat.  

Perforated Mulch Film:  
These films have pre-punched holes, saving the cost of punching holes in the field once the film has been laid out. The diameter and spacing can be adjusted based on the crop and your needs. We can also dot out or print the holes, based on your convenience.

  • Promotes plant growth and early maturation 
  • Increases the efficiency of fertilizer utilization

Fully Biodegradable Mulch Film:  
These films have all the benefits of traditional mulch films, in addition to the added extra benefits of thinking and acting green, as they contain no plastic at all. They can be degraded by microorganisms under natural environmental conditions, meaning that they do not need to be removed once the soil is turned over, saving labor costs.  

Why choose a biodegradable mulch film?  

  • Custom Engineered – can be engineered with a specific decompose time, from 3-9 months according to crop types  
  • No plastic, no pollution – this is a complete biopolymer film and has no residues to pollute the soil and decrease the yield
